Terms of Use
Last updated: October 8, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and MedArow LLC(“MedArow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your use of www.medarow.com and any related pages, forms, emails, text messages and services we offer (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Who we are and who provides care
MedArow is a brand and marketing company. MedArow is not a medical practice, health care provider or pharmacy. MedArow does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications or dispense medications.
Medical services offered through MedArow are provided by independent licensed clinicians affiliated with OpenLoop Health and its affiliated professional entities (together, “OpenLoop”). Your licensed clinician uses their own independent professional judgment. MedArow does not control or interfere with clinical decisions. Prescription medications, if prescribed, are filled and dispensed by licensed pharmacies, including the Pharmacy Partners listed below.
3. Not for emergencies; no medical advice from MedArow
If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988. The Services are not for emergencies or urgent care.
Content on our website, in our emails and in our messages is general information only. It is not medical advice and does not create a provider-patient relationship. Only a licensed clinician can evaluate you and decide whether a treatment is appropriate for you.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. To receive medical services, you must be physically located in a state where services are offered at the time of your visit, and you must give accurate, complete and current information. Not everyone qualifies for treatment.
5. Telehealth services
Medical services are delivered by telehealth, which may include online questionnaires, secure messaging, photos, phone calls or video visits. Telehealth has benefits and limits compared with in-person care. Before you receive medical services, you will be asked to review and accept theTelehealth Consent. Some states require a live video visit before a first prescription. Your clinician may decide that telehealth is not appropriate for you and may refer you to in-person care.
6. Prescriptions
Prescription medications require a valid prescription. A licensed clinician decides whether any medication is appropriate for you. Completing an intake or paying for a program does not guarantee a prescription. Your clinician may change or stop a treatment based on their professional judgment.
Some medications may be compounded. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient based on a prescription. They have not gone through FDA premarket review, and they are not interchangeable with brand-name medications. Ask your clinician or pharmacist if you have questions about any medication.
7. Pharmacy Partners
Prescriptions written through the Services may be filled by the following licensed pharmacies. The pharmacy that fills your prescription may depend on the medication, your state and other factors.
